This wound ointment protects the skin of dogs and cats from environmental factors such as moisture, dirt, bacteria, viruses, and fungi, protecting, for example, the pads subjected to cold or road salt. Shortly after applying SkinCare, your dog or cat will experience the soothing effect of the balm: It acts soothingly on the skin, providing intensive care, leaving it soft and flexible. It relieves itching, and the urge to scratch, bite, or lick is reduced.
The effectiveness of SkinCare is due to the natural ingredients and its three-component system, which are completely safe and have no known side effects:
Extra virgin olive oil: penetrates deeply into the innermost layer of the skin, which forms new cells, unlike many creams that only remain on the surface of the wound. What is special about this oil is that it comes from olive trees that are at least 300 years old. The longevity of these trees is due to their high content of oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol, two of the most powerful natural antioxidants. These compounds are utilized in the balm.
Natural beeswax: acts as a dressing over the wound, restoring the lost skin barrier. It protects dogs and cats against infections and has a moisturizing property that has been shown to be effective in wound treatment. Unlike paraffin, beeswax is air-permeable and allows the skin to breathe. Therefore, the balm has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory properties and relieves itching. The high content of vitamin A promotes the formation of new skin cells.
Herbal extracts: act on and deeply penetrate the skin. In addition to their antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties, they also have soothing and swelling-reducing effects. For this reason, they have traditionally been used as natural remedies for various skin diseases, skin irritations, and dermal care. They prevent skin inflammations and help counteract them.

Usage instructions: Wash your hands well and/or use disposable gloves or a soft spatula. Carefully clean the wound of the dog or cat, disinfecting it, for example, with a spray, and remove any foreign bodies such as thorns or small stones. Apply SkinCare thinly over the affected areas of the skin, ensuring that the wound is completely covered with a thin layer of product. Wash your hands after application. Frequency of use: 2 to 4 times a day, as needed, even more frequently.
Treatment duration: Use the balm until the skin has completely regenerated, that is, until new healthy skin has formed and there are no visible redness or scabs left. For general skin care, such as caring for pads or scars, you can use SkinCare indefinitely.
IMPORTANT: Please clean your fingers or the spatula before taking more product from the jar to avoid contaminating the balm. Prevent the animal from licking the wound, which can be achieved by using an Elizabethan collar or a protective collar.
