Our Adult Fish wet food has been prepared using the cooking-in-its-own-juice technique. This is a special way of preparing fresh meat that originates from cooking rather than the pet food industry. The inspiration comes from techniques used by high-level chefs, who cook meat in its own juice to make it tastier and healthier. In cooking in its own juice, fresh meat is cooked in a vacuum, at low temperature, only in its own juice. For our wet food, we use Tetra-Recart® which are innovative and BPA-free containers. Thanks to this design, the internal temperature of the fresh meat is reached more quickly and gently in the narrow sides of the container, compared to conventional containers.
