Our Puppy Chicken wet food has been prepared using the cooking-in-its-own-juice process. Cooking in meat juice is a special technique for preparing fresh meat, originating from the kitchen and not from the feed industry. This technique is inspired by methods that high-end chefs use to make meat tastier and healthier by cooking it in its own juice. In this process, fresh meat is cooked in a vacuum at low temperature, using only its own juice. For our wet food, we use the innovative and BPA-free Tetra-Recart® packaging that allows for faster and gentler reaching of the core temperature of fresh meat through the narrow sides than in conventional packaging.
