Cooking in meat juice is a special method of preparing fresh meat, whose origin lies in traditional cooking rather than in the pet food industry. This technique is inspired by the methods used by gourmet chefs to make the meat tastier and healthier using its own natural juices.

In meat juice cooking, fresh meat is cooked sous-vide at low temperature, exclusively in its own juices. After a long cooking time, during which the moisture of the meat juice gradually reduces, this semi-dry food is obtained.
